Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18, have authority to act for the business and be entitled to connect every seller, advertiser and data-provider account you authorize. Keep credentials secure and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access. We may suspend access needed to protect users, Amazon information or the service.
02 · Services
Connected providers
Zommi connects to Amazon Selling Partner API, Amazon Ads and optional third-party services such as Keepa at your direction. Your use remains subject to each provider’s terms, policies, permissions, quotas and availability. Zommi is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon.
03 · Actions
Review before confirming
Read-only requests run immediately. Changes to Amazon seller or advertising data are first proposed with a summary and execute only after confirmation through the available confirmation control. You are responsible for checking the account, marketplace or advertiser profile, identifiers, values and commercial effect before approving. Some provider-side updates are asynchronous.
04 · Acceptable use
Your responsibilities
- Use the service only for lawful business purposes and accounts you control.
- Do not bypass access controls, probe other users, expose credentials or disrupt the service.
- Do not use Amazon Ads information with an unapproved third party or combine it with another data source contrary to Amazon requirements.
- Independently verify decisions involving prices, stock, advertising budgets, bids, tax, legal duties or material expenditure.
05 · Availability
Service limits
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Results depend on provider data, permissions, timing, quotas and AI-client behavior, and may be incomplete or delayed. To the extent permitted by law, XANON LTD does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the accuracy of third-party data and is not liable for indirect or consequential business loss. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
We may update these terms to reflect product, provider or legal changes. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably required. Continued use after they take effect constitutes acceptance.

06 · Subscriptions
Pricing and cancellation
Early members — accounts created on or before 7 September 2026 at 12:20:19 UK time — keep free Zommi access, including additional stores and Ads profiles. No subscription is required. Existing Zommi subscriptions for these members are cancelled when the free-access change is applied; previous payments are not automatically refunded. Your AI and Keepa fees remain separate.
When paid access is enabled, new Zommi subscriptions are £29.99 GBP per connected Amazon seller store and per Amazon Ads advertiser profile per month. Alternatively, choose £299.99 GBP per connection per year, charged upfront and renewed annually. This saves £59.89 compared with twelve monthly payments at £29.99. Crossed-out amounts of £99 per month and £999.99 per year are planned standard prices, not prices previously charged. Existing subscriptions retain their agreed pricing while they remain active.
A seller account counts once across regions and marketplaces; each Ads advertiser profile is charged separately, including profiles for the same seller. Two seller stores and one Ads profile cost £89.97/month or £899.97/year at these rates. Keepa does not count as another billable connection. Adding connections does not automatically charge your card: approve the updated plan on your billing page. Increases are prorated and invoiced immediately; additional capacity becomes available after payment. Removing a connection reduces the next renewal without a mid-period refund; removing the last schedules cancellation at period end. A pending payment must be resolved before connections can be removed. Adding or removing connections keeps your selected billing schedule. To change between monthly and yearly, cancel renewal and choose the other option after your paid period ends; active plans are not automatically converted. Your plan must cover all connected stores and profiles to use Zommi.
Subscriptions renew on the selected monthly or yearly schedule until cancelled through the authenticated Stripe customer portal. Cancel before the next renewal to stop future renewals; scheduled cancellation preserves access through the paid period. AI-client and optional Keepa subscription costs are separate. Provider permissions, quotas and feature availability continue to apply. The amount to be charged is displayed in Stripe before you confirm payment.
If paid access is switched off, the account billing page explains that no subscription is required. Existing subscriptions continue until cancelled; disabling the access requirement does not itself cancel a subscription. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
07 · Referrals
20% recurring referrals
Join the referral programme from your Zommi account to receive a personal link. New accounts must sign up through that link. Eligible successful subscription payments and renewals earn 20% commission after discounts, tax, refunds and credits, before payment-processing fees. Annual plans earn commission on each annual payment, not every month. Free early members can refer others; free access and failed payments do not earn commission.
Self-referrals, accounts you control, spam and misleading promotion are not allowed. Disclose that you may earn commission when sharing your link. Referral attribution cannot be added to or changed on an existing account. Refunds and disputes may reduce earnings, including after payout, with adjustments offset against future earnings.
The current clearance period, minimum payout and full referral terms are shown before enrolment in your referral dashboard. Payout requests are reviewed by staff and paid separately; a dashboard balance or approval is not confirmation that money has been sent. You are responsible for taxes on your earnings. Suspected abuse may pause links or payouts while reviewed.
